Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TransferLife mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TransferLife ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using TransferLife, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TransferLife is intended for use by:

• —Transport operators and their organisations
• —Drivers engaged by transport operators
• —Administrators managing fleet and booking operations

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• —Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• —Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with others
• —Notify us immediately at support@transferlife.gr if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• —Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

By setting your driver status to "online", you consent to the collection and transmission of your real-time GPS location (including coordinates, accuracy, heading, and speed) to our backend servers and to authorised users within your organisation.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by:

• —Setting your status to "offline" within the app
• —Revoking location permissions via your device settings

Withdrawing consent will prevent you from being able to set your status to "online". It will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before withdrawal.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• —Violate any applicable law or regulation
• —Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent data
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account
• —Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• —Use the Service for any purpose other than managing legitimate transport and fleet operations

Where you use TransferLife to store or process personal data about passengers or third parties:

• —You act as the data controller for that data
• —We act as a data processor on your behalf
• —You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing that data
• —You must maintain your own privacy notices and comply with all applicable data protection obligations

By using the Service in this capacity, you agree to our Data Processing terms as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Access to certain features of TransferLife may require a paid subscription. Where applicable:

• —Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• —Payments are processed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) or a third-party payment provider
• —All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• —We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice

If your payment fails or your subscription lapses, your access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to TransferLife and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

We aim to maintain a reliable and available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• —Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily limits access
• —Modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time
• —Cease providing the Service entirely with reasonable notice where possible

We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unavailability or changes to the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• —Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• —We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or liability arising from decisions made based on data entered into or generated by the Service

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TransferLife and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

• —Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• —Your breach of any applicable law or regulation
• —Any third-party claim related to data you have entered into the platform

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• —You breach these Terms
• —We are required to do so by law
• —Continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially or technically feasible

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@transferlife.gr. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via the app or by email with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
